1. Controller

Bernd Springer, VyronTechnologies, Heiterwanger Straße 22, 81373 München, Germany. Contact: [email protected].

2. Visiting the website

When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, the time of the request, and the page requested is processed to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The service uses server infrastructure and Cloudflare to deliver and protect the domain. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation). Technical server logs, where present, are retained only as long as necessary for operation and security.

3. Site analytics

We count views of public pages by day and store only totals by page, country, broad device category, and broad referral category. Country is estimated from a country code provided by Cloudflare. We do not store IP addresses or individual visitor identifiers for these statistics, and we do not use analytics cookies. The totals may include repeated visits by the same person. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the service).

4. Accounts, sign-in, and cookies

For registration and sign-in, we process your email address, a hashed password, your role, and, where enabled, two-factor authentication data. A technically necessary, HttpOnly-protected session cookie keeps you signed in. It expires after no more than 30 days; continued use may renew the session. This processing is necessary to provide your account under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The cookie is required for sign-in.

5. Server monitoring and notifications

When the service is used, we process server data, metrics, status reports, and alerts sent by the installed agent. Workspace administrators may configure notification channels, including email, webhooks, and browser notifications. The alert information needed for a notification is sent to the selected recipient. Browser notifications require you to enable them in your browser. The legal basis for providing the service is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for optional browser notifications, it is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Metrics may be deleted according to the retention settings selected for the workspace.

6. Recipients and retention

Authorized operators and, within a workspace, authorized members may access account data. Cloudflare processes connection data as a technical service provider. Email or webhook services selected by the workspace may also receive the information needed to deliver notifications. We retain account data while the account is in use and delete it after termination unless a legal retention obligation applies. Aggregate site visit totals do not contain individual visitor records.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Contact us at the email address above to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
