Terms and Conditions

General terms for using Vonitore under German law.

Vonitore by VyronTechnologies

1. Provider and scope

Vonitore is provided by Bernd Springer, trading as VyronTechnologies, Heiterwanger Straße 22, 81373 München, Germany. These terms apply to registered users of the Vonitore service. Individually agreed written terms take precedence.

2. Service

Vonitore provides a web dashboard for monitoring connected servers, viewing metrics, and configuring notifications. Individual features may change as the service develops. A particular level of availability or monitoring outcome is owed only if separately agreed.

3. Registration and access

An account requires a valid email address. Login credentials must be kept confidential. Users are responsible for actions in their accounts to the extent legally attributable to them. Unauthorized use should be reported to the provider without undue delay.

4. Connected systems

The agent may be installed only on systems the user is authorized to monitor. Users choose which systems, team members, and notification channels to connect. They remain responsible for the security of their systems and the lawful transmission of data.

5. Fees and term

A fee applies only when a paid service, its price, and its duration have been expressly agreed. An account may be terminated by contacting the provider. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

6. Liability

The provider is liable under statutory rules for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, statutory liability rules apply. Vonitore does not replace backups or independent security measures.

7. Privacy and contact

Details about the processing of personal data are in the Privacy Policy. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].

8. Governing law

German law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country where you habitually reside, where those protections apply under the Rome I Regulation.
